〔記者林嘉東／基隆報導〕莊姓男子不滿女友要分手，竟埋伏在女友工作美髮店外，持玻璃酒瓶痛擊女友的頭，再拿碎玻璃刺狠將女友腳筋刺斷。基隆地檢署今依傷害罪嫌起訴他。

起訴書指出，35歲莊姓男子有槍砲、傷害等多項前科，前年透過網路結識朱姓女子。

2人交往期間，莊被控多次對朱施暴，朱女因此表明不再與莊交往，引發莊不滿。

莊今年2月間，持玻璃酒瓶躲在朱女上班的美髮店等朱女下班。

晚間7時許，莊男見朱女走出店外，竟持玻璃酒瓶猛K 朱女的頭，力道大到把玻璃瓶擊碎。

莊仍未博客來網路書局善罷甘休，持碎玻璃刺朱女的臉、腳、耳與背部等多處後逃逸。

莊男落網後坦承犯行，基隆地檢署認定莊涉犯傷害罪，因他前科累累，1月間才出獄，5年內再犯案為累犯，請法院加重其刑。（更新時間：14:35分）
